The Problem: The customer is a global auto component manufacturer from South Korea known for Manufacturing world class hydraulic braking systems, struts and shock absorbers for Global Auto OEM’s. It uses a range of CNC and VMC machines to cut and shape metal. The manufacturing practices have been synced in accordance with the stringent standards set by the parent company in Korea. In so doing, they have been able to bring the advantage of Korean design excellence to our customers in India. To ensure world class quality of products the machines need to have uninterrupted power.

Fuji Electric Solution: The team of engineers from Fuji Electric did a detailed study of the machines, customer requirements and the site conditions and based on this recommended installation of a Falcon 5000 UPS of 300 KVA rating in a standalone configuration to support the CNC and VMC machines.

Result: The customer is satisfied with the solution as its operations over the last couple of years have been going on in a smooth uninterrupted way. The quality of products has been maintained to the world class standards set by the parent company from Korea.
